Floods on Indonesia's holiday island of Bali have killed at least nine this week and affected 600 people, blocking off major roads in the capital and disrupting a busy travel destination, officials said on Wednesday. The US Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew at an annualized rate of 3.3% in the second quarter, the US Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) announced on Thursday. This figure was better than the preliminary estimate and market expectations of 3% and 3.1%, respectively.
