US Jobless Claims Fall to 245,000 Less Than Expected

The number of Americans filing for unemployment benefits fell to 245,000 in the week ended June 15, 2025.

The figure was lower than the 246,000 estimate and the previous weekly revised 250,000, the Labor Department said Thursday.
