Japanese stocks climbed to finish the strongest quarter in more than a decade on a high note for the Nikkei 225 and Topix indexes, as signs of strength in both the domestic economy and the US made investors bullish.  Topix Index rose 0.6% to 2,768.62 as of market close Tokyo time, that's about 4% away from reaching its all time record high in December 1989.
