Hong Kong stocks rose at the open Tuesday morning, clawing back some of the previous day's rout, but traders remain on edge over the banking sector following the collapse of two US lenders and the rescue of European giant Credit Suisse. The Hang Seng Index added 0.62 percent, or 118.16 points, to 19,118.87.
