Gold heads for fifth gain in 6 days after the dollar weakens, and as investors weigh political crisis in U.K.

Bullion for immediate delivery +0.1% to $1,259.36/oz at 9:23am in Singapore, after +0.2% Monday, according to Bloomberg generic pricing

Price hit lowest since Dec. last week after posting biggest quarterly loss since 2016

Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index steady after touching lowest level in 4 weeks on Monday

In other precious metals: Silver +0.2% to $16.1500/oz. Platinum +0.4% to $853.82/oz. Palladium +0.1% to $961.55/oz.
